Foxy is a pretty, young (approx 2 yr old) red female chow who is sweet and affectionate. She is currently in Queens, NY with her foster Mom Penny. Foxy walks well on a leash, is good in the car and loves hanging out with Bernie (see pictures of them attached). Foxy gives kisses, is playful and loves being in the yard.
